Ingredients
2 oz. Blanco Tequila
1.25 oz. Lime Juice
1.25 oz. Agave Syrup
Stem of Rosemary
2 wheels of Serrano
1 egg white
Method
Combine all ingredients and dry shake. Add ice shake again add to Martini coop – then garnish.
Garnish
Wedge lime,
with flamed Rosemary sticking into it.
